Supported Accommodation

Our Floating Support Services for Young People aged 16 – 25 years old is aimed to provide support to young people to help them to achieve their individual outcomes as agreed on the Individual Support Plan. The service aims to ensure that Young People are appropriately involved in all decisions made about their support, including its intensity, frequency and duration.

We work closely with accommodation service providers, community mental health teams, landlords, the police, probation, YOT, the courts, the Department of Work and Pensions, the voluntary sector, local housing authorities, education and training agencies and children’s services departments to ensure that the needs of the young person are met and they are appropriately supported.
